Annual Warriors’ Weekend in the Highlands

Join your Fellow Warriors and Colonial Dames for the Eleventh Annual Highlands Weekend from Friday August 7 through Sunday August 9.
Friday evening we will have the traditional Evensong with the Order of St John at Church of the Good Shepard in Cashiers followed by a reception in support of the St John Eye Hospital Group in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza.
Saturday morning and afternoon is free for Golf, Exploring, the Cashiers Annual Antique Show and Shopping in Highlands. We will offer limited Croquet & Lunch, Sporting Clays Shooting and Fly Fishing on a private stream. That evening we will gather with the Colonial Dames of Highlands and Cashiers at the Sapphire Valley Country Club in Black Tie and Summertime Frocks for Cocktails at 6:00PM followed by the Dinner Dance with live music by the Swing Set Band.
Sunday Brunch will be at the Highlands Country Club with guest speaker Brenton Simons, OBE, who will give us a humerous view of “From Wallis Simpson to Meghan Markle and Beyond: the Successes, Failures and a Few Disasters When Americans Have Married into the Royal Families”.
Reservations are due no later than July 28th and may be limited. Make your reservations early in the Shop. No password required.
